Pre-Employment Screening can be carried out by a remote, or one-to-one screening service, which is based on a detailed medical questionnaire signed by the employee.
The pre-employment medical will provide a baseline record of the employee’s health upon joining the company, identifying any illnesses or other problems that could affect their ability to do their job effectively. This will allow you to protect your employees from situations that may cause harm and also prevent any claims made by the employee that a pre-existing condition was caused or exacerbated whilst in your employment.
